How To Use This Form

This form allows you to submit information about crimes, possible crimes, and suspicious or other activity THAT OCCURS IN THE COLONY SURF COMMUNITY. Personal information that is required on this form is held in the highest confidentiality and is only disclosed to the Colony Surf Neighborhood Watch Coordinator and, in case more information is needed, the agency the information is reported to (ex. Mason County Sheriff's Office, Mason County Animal Control, PUD).
Colony Surf Neighborhood Watch would like to remind you that it is YOUR responsibility to contact the Mason County Sheriff's Office by calling 9-1-1 for emergencies or (360) 426-4441 for non-emergencies. The "Tipster" form is NOT a substitute for contacting the authorities. Remaining anonymous is a concern of residents when reporting crimes. You CAN AND WILL be anonymous under MOST circumstances. When calling either phone number to report crimes or possible crimes let the dispatcher know you want to be anonymous and the information is NOT sent to the responding deputy.
