Thank you for visiting the Colony Surf Neighborhood Watch website. You can find information about how to keep your home safer, what suspicious activity looks like, what to do if you are a victim of crime, keeping your information safe in a "virtual" world, how to deal with bullying, what to do in case you encounter a wild animal, and much more! We hope that you are able to find the information that you are looking for and some helpful tips along the way.

We want to help keep this a safe area to live, but we can't do it alone.

Working together is key to keeping our streets, property, and families safe.

Thank you!

Larry Swihart
Colony Surf Neighborhood Watch Coordinator

Suspicious Activity and Hazardous Condition Reporting

The role of the Neighborhood Watch is to OBSERVE and REPORT. We ask that all residents be observant of their surroundings and report any suspicious or hazardous activity. What is suspicious or hazardous activity? Anything out of the ordinary.

We have several different ways available for you to contact Neighborhood Watch.

  • Use the INCIDENT/ACTIVITY REPORTS at the top of this page to file reports on any issues that come up.

  • Send an email to the Neighborhood Watch Coordinator at CSNW coordinator with your comments, questions or suggestions

No matter how you choose to contact us, you are assured that all communications are held in confidence and disclosed only to the Neighborhood Watch Coordinator and, if necessary, to the agency that needs to follow up on the tip or concern sent. Your information is not given to other residents of the Colony Surf community.
